Terms and conditions of sale
PREAMBLE
These "Terms and Conditions" apply to legal operations on products marketed to customers by Argan Achifae in his shop.
DEFINITIONS:
The words or phrases below shall have under the present the following meanings:
Internet store: means the website of Argan Achifae on which the Products are presented and sold to customers.
Order : means the contract of sale between the customer and Argan Achifae.
Product details : means information pertaining to a product supplied by Argan Achifae at the disposal of the product in its online shop.
Products : covers all goods and services sold by Argan Achifae Internet Shop.
Service : means the sale of Products by Argan Achifae customers to its online store.
Transaction : means all operations, security, permissions and agreements in connection with payment of the Products ordered by credit card.
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the terms and conditions which Argan Achifae offers and sells its products to its customers.
These general conditions of sale prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document, unless prior express written consent.
ARTICLE 2 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing an Order of general conditions of sale and expressly accept them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Argan Achifae and client, both parties accept them without reservation.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCTS
The majority of products offered by Argan Achifae its clients are immediately available.
However, all products marketed by Argan Achifae may or may not necessarily be selling online.
SECTION 4 - CONTROL
The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the Order.
Argan Achifae confirm customer acceptance of the Order by sending a confirmation message to the email address it will release. The sale will be concluded only after the issuance of such order confirmation.
Argan Achifae reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order of a particular customer in case of insolvency of that client or in the event of a default in payment of the relevant order or a previous delivery or a dispute over payment of a previous order.
The references indicated by the customer when entering information inherent in its Order commit this. Argan Achifae can not be held responsible for errors made by the client in the name and address of the recipient of the Order (shipping address, billing address, in particular) and late delivery or failure to deliver the Products ordered that these errors could result.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
After confirming the Order and subject to full payment for products ordered, Argan Achifae committed to delivering to its customer delivery address within 72 hours for 7 days and special holidays and weekends off for professionals.
The coupon codes are reserved for individuals.
All products specified in the Sales Order to Argan Achifae are for personal use by the customer or recipient whose name is mentioned at the delivery address.
Where appropriate, the client agrees to pay upon receipt, all taxes, duties, taxes and other charges present and future due for delivery of the products themselves, the joint liability of Argan Achifae shall in no time be bound to this title.
Any delays in delivery due to the carrier or Argan Achifae does not entitle the customer to claim damages.
The ordered products are transported at the risk of the recipient. Upon receipt of the Products ordered, the customer or recipient should check the proper functioning of the goods supplied, and will review its terms of use on the operating instructions supplied to it.
In the event that one or more of the Products ordered are missing or damaged, the client or recipient must file a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery.
In case of defects, the customer enjoys the right of return as provided in the instructions for its use.
Are considered as force majeure discharging Argan Achifae its obligation to deliver war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied.
For reasons of availability of products ordered, an Order may be several successive deliveries to the customer.
In the event that the client would like the Products to be shipped to two different addresses, then appropriate that he spent 2 separate commands.
ARTICLE 6 - RETURN
The customer has a period of seven days days of receipt of the Products ordered to return to Argan Achifae cons exchange or refund. In this case, the customer must return the new Products, intact, with all accessories, instruction manuals and documentation to the legal address.
Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, Achifae Argan agrees to repay the sums paid by the customer at no charge except for return postage.
Repayment is due within a maximum period of 30 days.
ITEM 7 - PRICE
All prices are quoted in Euro.
The price on the product description does not include shipping fees.
The price stated in the Order confirmation is the definitive price, excluding VAT. This price includes the price of the Products, handling, packaging and Product conservation, transportation costs and commissioning.
ARTICLE 8 - PAYMENT
The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the Order confirmation sent by Argan Achifae.
The Product price is payable by means of payment offered on the site the day of the order.
The Order approved by the client shall be deemed effective until the payment center secured bank has given its approval on the transaction and, if necessary, following acceptance of management of risk by the insurer.
ARTICLE 9 - APPLICABLE LAW
These general conditions of sale are subject to Moroccan law.
ARTICLE 10 - LIABILITY
Argan Achifae can not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible property, which could result from a malfunction or improper use of the Products. It is the same for any changes resulting from product manufacturers.
The responsibility of Argan Achifae will in any event, limited to the amount of the order and can not be blamed for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all precautions taken in presenting the products in case of difficulty in the implementation of this contract, the client and Argan Achifae reserve the option, before any legal action to seek an amicable solution.
ARTICLE 11 - WARRANTY
In all cases Argan Achifae not be held responsible for non-compliance with regulations and laws in force in the receiving country. The responsibility of Argan Achifae is always limited to the value of the product in question at the date of sale, and no possibility of appeal to the brand or company producing the product.

Answer: 48 hours.
